In every home there are things which can cause a seller in the eyes of potential buyers, from that drip in the sink to items that don't function like a sticking window. Our pre-sale inspection is tailored to find those items which could have cost our selling clients money on the back end. We do this by:
- Performing a home inspection just as we would a purchasing client.
- Looking beyond component inspection giving our client a detailed report on items which are not reported in standard home inspections. We look at a home from a buyers point of view.
